THE BODY CODE/EMOTION CODE, REIKI, EFT AND TBP FOR ANIMALS - AND THEIR CARERS
TBP is a unique Meridian Energy procedure which can release imbalances within the body and mind. TBP is not a 'treatment', it is a training session. It is a self-help procedure – you can learn to identify and neutralise blocks and limiting beliefs which may be responsible for physical discomfort, fear (of criticism, ill health, old age etc.), or emotional imbalances. These blocks can be released by enabling physical and emotional issues to diminish. This will allow you to relax, think more clearly and move forward in your life. (This procedure does not dwell on past traumas or painful experiences in your life.)
You will be taught to use the 9 TBP Universal Symbol cards to bring you into Balance. (A set of TBP cards and a book "The Next Step With The Balance Procedure" by Jenny Cox are included in the session fee.)

Regular practice can help to free the body and mind from stress and unresolved trauma, allowing calmness, balance and stability to be created. Balancing only takes a few minutes each day.
The following is an extract from the TBP website :
"TBP is an energy technique that does not require an understanding of theory or precise disciplines but is learnt through practice. Knowing how it works is not as important as doing it. Rather than using the rational, intellectual level of consciousness, it requires the development of flexibility and expansion of consciousness. It is not the procedure itself that brings about the results . . . it is the life force working inside each person that brings about the transformation.
TBP is accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) approved by Energy Therapy World Wide, The Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), and Holistic Services."
THE BALANCE PROCEDURE FOR ANIMALS
Animals like to feel confident, safe and secure in their environment. Using TBP encourages animals to choose to relax, rather than go into the 'fight / flight' coping mechanisms.
(Here the rabbits, Peaches and Lily, are teaching me to be calm and still - and to move slowly!) The rabbits and the horse are all residents at the

The video below is an example of how I used The Balance Procedure with a Juvenile Wood Pigeon, Grace. She had an injured wing and couldn’t fly - or perch without falling off.
I used The Balance Procedure with her every day. She remained completely calm whilst she recovered (despite close-up photos, having her cage cleaned every day, extra perches being added, the 3 dogs saying hello, a big parasol being put over her when it rained, drilling noises as neighbours built an extension etc.).
Wild birds can panic and become distressed very easily and she never batted an eyelid! Amazing!
Four weeks later I released her, fully fit. She still visits the garden.
